ABOUT US
Since 2016 our gallery has been and remains a community of people who care about the development of Ukrainian art both in Ukraine and abroad.
We mainly specialise in the popularisation of art with a sociopolitical concept. This gives us a wide range of freedom of action and sometimes adds "spice" to each exposition that is placed in the walls of our locations.
We also advise on investments in Eastern and Western European art.
It is important to emphasise that the commercial component of our gallery is not the main one. We believe that the gallery is a neutral location that brings together unique people to consolidate cultural efforts. For this reason, we are happy to organise chamber concerts, poetry evenings, book presentations, meetings with artists, scientists and politicians, etc…
Based on what we have written above, we would welcome any suggestions from outside. And, if our views coincide, we will be happy to realise them together!
One of the key directions of our institution is cultural diplomacy.
It should be emphasized that we do not organize solo exhibitions, as one of he most important conditions for the existence of our gallery is EQUAL dialogue.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, dear friends of the Meancult Gallery,
We are pleased to welcome you to our gallery today. The exhibition project unfolds a visually poetic dialogue between Ukrainian and German culture. An earthy green tone structures the space as an atmospheric setting: landscape appears here as a bearer of memory, corporeality, and time — not as a motif of consumption, but as a space of co-presence and inner concentration.
Participants include Joseph Beuys, Yana Bestrova, Serhii Bielik, Uwe Ehrngruber, Oleh Holosii, and Jürgen Kramer. Ukrainian positions resonate with German Romanticism, while German works are framed by Ukrainian poetry of the 20th century — landscape as an inner space as well as a historical and ethical experience.
